Minimum order value (MOV) is AU$300.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. We offer shipping with Interparcel to give the fairest rate. Shipping includes Tracking. Shipping quote varies on weight & Postcode. Full cover on your postage is at your request.
Order ProcessingOnce payment is made in full, the wholesale products are made to order and ready for delivery 10 days post order. Delays in payment will delay your order. Please contact to discuss express order placements to meet your deadlines.
Returns must be made in writing directly to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without BAMBOOGOO prior approval and delivery instructions for transport.
Obtain a postage receipt and that will be credited against your account.
Items that arrive damaged, or are incorrectly supplied, are eligible for refund or exchange.
Please advise us immediately of incorrectly supplied, or damaged goods. If the fault is visible, please provide a photograph.
Visual packing damage on arrival of receiving goods should be noted on the consignment when you sign for your goods by the delivery driver when optional.
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
We cannot accept returns on unsold items.
PaymentsOrders must be paid before items are shipped. No orders will be posted until full payment is received.
We prefer direct bank deposit. Credit Cards accepted via online store.

PRODUCT MODIFICATIONBAMBOOGOO products cannot be modified for resale. This includes tampering with ingredients or re-branding of contents.
Once you have paid and received your order, you own and are liable for the BAMBOOGOO products. Prior to sale of items be familiar with storage conditions and expiry dates.
Note: BAMBOOGOO Personal care products are made with natural ingredients therefore variations in scent/colour may occur. The buyer accepts this when the order is placed.
It will not be a considered fault and therefore no credit will be issued.
Recommended storage in a cool (below 30°C), dry, well ventilated area and out of direct sunlight. BAMBOOGOO products have a 12 month shelf life.
Right of RefusalBAMBOOGOO reserves the right to refuse service or credit.
Your order or product request may be denied without notice and without reason We will attempt to notify you in writing. Reasons include, but are not limited to:
1. Your Account is in default.
2. Improper or unethical trading practices.
3. Account inactivity.
4. A history of continued late payments.
5. Providing to us false or misleading information.
6. If the business ownership changes.
