YOU'VE DONE THE HARD BIT,
WE'LL TAKE IT FROM HERE
Every stage of healing deserves attention. From the first wash to long-term nourishment, your skin needs care that works with it, not against it.This guide walks you through the journey - what to do, what to use, and how to let your skin breathe, balance, and rebuild naturally
BEFORE THE TATTOO
Healthy skin heals better and this starts before the first line is drawn. In the days leading up to your session, hydrate well, eat nourishing food, and rest properly. Moisturise daily to strengthen the skin’s barrier and create the best possible canvas for your artist. Calm, balanced skin takes ink beautifully and heals evenly.
THE FIRST FEW DAYS
For fresh tattoos, calm and protect your skin while it settles.Keep your tattoo clean using lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser. Avoid soaking, scrubbing, or exposing it to direct sunlight. Apply a thin layer of Bamboogoo to support the skin’s recovery and lock in essential moisture. Let the skin breathe, move, and start to rebuild naturally.
HEALING IN MOTION
Support your skin’s natural recovery and keep your colour true. As your tattoo begins to peel and the surface renews, hydration is everything. Continue applying a light layer of care two to three times a day. Bamboo extract works to soothe inflammation while plant oils strengthen the new skin beneath. Stay patient and trust the process - your skin knows what to do.
SKIN IN BLOOM
Nourish healed tattoos and keep them glowing every day. Once the surface feels smooth and strong, long-term care keeps it that way. A touch of balm or Liquid Gold each day helps maintain suppleness and colour depth, especially in changing weather. Think of it as a daily ritual for skin that’s been through something - a quiet act of respect for the art you wear.
