Shipping

We ship Bamboogoo from two locations to keep delivery times as short as possible.

Orders are fulfilled from the warehouse closest to you.

Orders to Oceania and Asia are shipped from our Australian warehouse.

Orders to the UK, EU and the rest of the world (excluding Oceania and Asia) are shipped from our UK warehouse.

This helps us move orders quickly while keeping shipping routes simple and reliable.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent on the next working day.

Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.

Once your order leaves the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Free shipping offers

From time to time we may run free shipping promotions. These offers apply to standard retail orders only.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to wholesale orders.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to local customs charges, duties, or taxes depending on the destination country.

These charges are set by local authorities and are not controlled by Bamboogoo, so we are unable to take responsibility for them.

Please note that these charges are particularly common across EU countries.

Pick Up

Pick up is available in Australia from our Tattoo store:

Meiji Tattoo

106 Flinders Street, Adelaide, 5000, SA.

You will be sent an email when your parcel is ready to be picked up which will include the address for pickup.  Please ensure to bring your receipt to pick up your purchase.
