REFUND POLICY


Returns


Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.


Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on cosmetic or personal care products due to change of mind.


Returns on any other products, excluding personal care and cosmetic items, must be requested in writing within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@bamboogoo.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.


No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from BAMBOOGOO. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Goods


Items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied are eligible for a refund or replacement.


You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If the issue is visible, a clear photograph must be provided.


Where possible, visible damage to outer packaging should be noted on the delivery consignment at the time of receipt.


Approved returns must be sent back within 15 business days. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction or change of mind.


If you experience an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately, take a photo of the reaction, and contact our customer service team at info@bamboogoo.com for further guidance.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are non-returnable:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products


Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or products that did not meet expectations.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds


Refunds will not be issued for items returned outside the 7-day return window or for items that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.


If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
